Booster Club Scholarships

The Booster Club Board of Directors will select the Tiger Booster Club Athletic Scholarship winners. Six scholarships will be awarded for $500.00 each. Three scholarships will be given to female applicants and three to male applicants. If less than three eligible males apply for the scholarship then more scholarships will be awarded to females (not to exceed a total of six). If less than three eligible females apply for the scholarship then more scholarships will be awarded to males (not to exceed a total of six).

Eligibility Requirements

1. Applicant must be a senior student athlete.
2. Applicant must have a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or better.
3. Applicant must be a varsity letter winner during his/her senior year.
4. Applicant must be in good standing with MSHSAA and Waynesville High School athletic standards and judged so by the school administation.
5. Applicant must provide the Tiger Booster Club with confirmation of enrollment on a college prior to receiving the scholarship.
6. Applicant must complete the Tiger Booster Club Athletic Scholarship Application and select two adults (other than family members) to complete a reference form which is located in the athletic director's office. At least one of the two reference forms must be completed by one of your coaches.

Tiger Booster Club Athletic Scholarship Applications and Scholarship Reference Forms will be available at the high school athletic office beginning March 26, 2008. Applications and reference forms must be completed and returned to the athletic office no later than April 1, 2008 for an applicant to be eligble for a scholarship.
